We're looking for a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to manage day-to-day social media publishing, community engagement, and social listening activities. You will be the voice of our brands online, engaging with consumers in a timely and empathetic manner while identifying trends, monitoring brand sentiment, and providing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across social platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-appropriate tone.
- Monitor social conversations, trends, and competitor activity.
- Produce weekly social listening and sentiment reports.
- Identify and escalate potential reputation or crisis issues.
- Support influencer, web, and email channel integration.
