Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Test Analyst to support the testing and validation of highly integrated software platforms. This role focuses on API testing, system integration testing, and ensuring seamless communication between multiple applications and services.

The ideal candidate will have strong QA fundamentals, experience testing APIs, and a passion for validating complex business workflows across connected systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate request and response payloads using Postman.
  • Review system behavior, business workflows, and application integrations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to validate fixes and enhancements.
  • Execute testing activities supporting releases and production deployments.
  • Verify data accuracy and successful communication across integrated systems.
  • Participate in test planning and quality assurance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Testing, Software Testing, or Test Analysis.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Postman and API Testing.
  • Experience routing API requests and validating responses.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
  • Experience performing regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
