Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to support the testing and validation of integrated transaction and payment platforms. This role focuses on ensuring seamless functionality across APIs, third-party integrations, payment systems, and customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing payment workflows, transaction processing, and complex integrated environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
Validate API requests and responses using Postman.
Review payloads, response codes, and system behavior to ensure functionality meets requirements.
Test integrations between multiple applications, services, and third-party platforms.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Validate transaction flows and data movement across systems.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
Support release testing, UAT activities, and production validation.
Ensure application reliability, security, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in QA Testing, Software Testing, or Test Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with Postman, API Testing, request routing, response validation, and test execution.
Experience testing payment processing systems, payment gateways, payment portals, online payment solutions, banking applications, merchant services, or card-based platforms.
Experience working with credit card, debit card, ACH, transaction processing, digital payments, or banking systems.
Knowledge of PCI-DSS standards and payment security best practices.
Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Experience with integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
Experience working in organizations such as Fiserv, FIS, Global Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Marqeta, Galileo, NCR, Transcard, or similar payment and fintech environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
