Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a high-performing international QA team delivering critical solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on QA professional who combines strong leadership capabilities with deep technical test automation expertise.

The successful candidate will lead testing activities across multiple workstreams while remaining actively involved in automation, API testing, CI/CD processes, and quality assurance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing activities across distributed international teams.
Define and drive test strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting.
Mentor and support QA Engineers, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and .NET technologies.
Lead API testing initiatives across complex integrated systems.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
Manage defect lifecycle and ensure high-quality releases.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
Support CI/CD implementation and test automation integration within deployment pipelines.

Required Experience

2+ years' experience as a Test Lead within international delivery teams.
6+ years' experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
Strong background within Financial Services or Banking environments.
4+ years of hands-on API Testing experience.
2+ years of automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
Strong experience performing UI test automation using .NET technologies.
Practical experience with relational databases and SQL.
