Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support manufacturing process development, equipment testing, and continuous improvement activities. This role works closely with engineering teams to operate equipment, collect data, troubleshoot issues, and support process validation efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing, test, or prototype equipmentCollect, document, and report process and performance dataTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issuesPerform equipment setup, maintenance, and basic repairsConduct inspections and measurements using precision toolsSupport validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projectsMaintain accurate documentation and follow established proceduresQualificationsExperience in manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or technical environmentsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with equipment operation, testing, and data collectionAbility to work effectively with engineers and cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferredExperience with automated equipment and inspection systemsFamiliarity with validation, quality systems, or regulated environmentsExperience using precision measurement tools and equipment
