About the Role
Are you passionate about automation, robotics, and industrial technology?
We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering Graduates who want to launch their careers in Industrial Automation, PLC Controls, and Warehouse Robotics. Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program at our Automation Academy, where they will learn industry-leading technologies used in modern automated warehouses and robotic fulfillment centers.
After successful completion of the training program, engineers will be deployed to work on real-world warehouse automation projects involving robotics, PLC control systems, machine controls, simulation tools, and industrial software platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Industry 4.0, Robotics, and Smart Manufacturing.
What You Will Learn
During the Academy Program, you will receive hands-on training in:
- Industrial Automation Fundamentals
- PLC Programming Concepts
- Structured Text (ST) Programming
- CODESYS Development Environment
- Reading Electrical and Mechanical Drawings
- JSON Configuration Development
- Git Version Control and Collaboration
- Warehouse Robotics and Conveyor Systems
- Industrial Networking Basics
- Emulate3D Simulation Software
- Troubleshooting Machine Control Systems
What You Will Do
After training, you will:
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Create and maintain machine control configuration files.
- Support PLC-based machine control systems.
- Perform basic Structured Text programming modifications.
- Use CODESYS for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Analyze and resolve automation system issues.
- Participate in commissioning and testing activities.
- Work with robotics, conveyors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
- Use Git for version control and code reviews.
- Collaborate with senior controls and automation engineers.
- Support warehouse automation and robotic systems deployed at client locations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Computer Science Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering (with an interest in automation)
- Recent graduates (0-2 years experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic programming knowledge from academics or personal projects
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in industrial environments
Preferred Skills
Exposure to any of the following is a plus:
- PLCs
- Robotics
- C/C++/Python/Java programming
- Industrial automation projects
- Embedded systems
- Git/GitHub
- Manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Electrical circuits and control systems
