Front-End Developer

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Developer who enjoys turning great designs into seamless digital experiences?

We're looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team and help build, enhance, and maintain customer-facing web experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and project teams to transform designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect websites and applications.

What You'll Do

  • Translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Develop and maintain engaging, user-friendly web experiences.

  • Build new user-facing features and support progressive redesign initiatives.

  • Work with a variety of CMS, eCommerce platforms, and web development frameworks.

  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and responsiveness.

  • Validate user input before submission to back-end systems.

  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, QA, and deployment.

  • Help manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality coding standards.

  • Support software testing, troubleshoot issues, and develop fixes as needed.

  • Configure and enable plugins and other tools necessary to support site functionality.

  • Identify project blockers and develop creative solutions within established guidelines.

  • Stay current on emerging web development technologies, tools, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in front-end or web development.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience developing responsive and user-friendly web applications.

  • Familiarity with CMS and/or eCommerce platforms.

  • Understanding of front-end development best practices, testing, debugging, and quality assurance.

  • Experience optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately translate designs into functional experiences.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and overcome technical blockers.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.

  • A passion for staying current with web development trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, eCommerce systems, and third-party plugins.

  • Understanding of web accessibility and responsive design principles.

  • Experience participating in code reviews and working within established development standards.
