We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect to design and optimize enterprise architecture, systems, and data frameworks that support critical business initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless system integration, and enabling accurate reporting and performance measurement across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data architecture, systems integration, CRM technologies, analytics platforms, and process optimization. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams including CRM Development, RevOps, SalesOps, Enterprise Data, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end technology solutions, including data flows, system integrations, and process frameworks.Define technical architecture for data management, tracking, reporting, and customer engagement processes.Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise standards.Define and manage integration requirements across CRM, automation, analytics, and data platforms.Ensure seamless data flow, synchronization, and consistency across systems.Partner with Data, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations teams to align data structures and integration strategies.Establish and maintain standards for tracking, data governance, and performance measurement.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions.Document system architecture, data flows, integrations, and dependencies.Define and enforce standards for data quality, system usage, and integration best practices.Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and overall system performance.Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions, and recommend enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations, data flow, reporting, and platform performance.Serve as a subject matter expert for technical challenges impacting business operations and reporting.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.10+ years of experience in technology architecture, data architecture, systems integration, or related technical disciplines.Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, automation platforms, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and ETL/integration technologies.Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, system design, and enterprise integrations.Proven experience designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.Experience working with enterprise data teams, business intelligence, and engineering organizations.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in large enterprise environments.Knowledge of AI, Copilot, and automation technologies.Experience supporting data-driven reporting, analytics, and performance management initiatives.
