We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

This role will focus on supporting and maintaining critical IAM services, investigating incidents, troubleshooting provisioning and authentication issues, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver service improvements.

Key Skills & ExperienceMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM) / Forefront Identity Manager (FIM)Identity & Access Management (IAM)Active Directory & Entra IDSQL Server / T-SQLApplication / Production Support (L2/L3)LDAP, Kerberos and NTLM authenticationStrong incident, problem management and root cause analysis skillsResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for IAM platforms and servicesInvestigate and resolve access and provisioning issuesMonitor synchronisation jobs and workflowsAnalyse data and troubleshoot using SQLCollaborate with technical teams to identify and implement permanent fixesSupport change, incident and problem management activities
