What You'll Be Doing

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvementPartner closely with Product teams to transform business requirements into high-quality customer-facing featuresRemain hands-on with development, contributing production-quality code alongside the teamDrive engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, and efficient delivery processesContribute to the software technology strategy and technical roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Firmware, UX/UI, Connectivity, and Cloud EngineeringEnsure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions for connected products

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience leading software engineering teams, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent8+ years of software development experience with strong C++ expertiseSolid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and complex application developmentExperience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practicesProven ability to deliver software products from concept to releaseStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExposure to Qt/QML, embedded systems, or IoT products is advantageous
