Senior Technical Program Manager - Connected Living
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, enterprise-wide technology initiatives within a Connected Living Engineering organization.
This role will support the next phase of Commercial Business integration with the Connected Living Platform and will serve as a key program leader responsible for coordinating multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders toward shared business and technology objectives.
The right candidate will be comfortable operating in a complex enterprise environment and partnering directly with senior IT and business leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic program leadership for complex enterprise technology initiatives
Develop program strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and integrated project plans
Oversee multiple projects and ensure effective coordination across Project Managers and project teams
Establish and monitor program milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Ensure project portfolios remain aligned with strategic business objectives
Evaluate and recommend changes to program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and priorities
Provide executive-level communication regarding program strategy, progress, risks, issues, and decisions
Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for technology investment
Drive alignment between business requirements and technology delivery
Establish strong program governance and accountability
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic and business requirements
Provide leadership, direction, and support to Project Managers and project teams
Qualifications
10-15+ years of IT and business/industry experience
5-8+ years of project management experience
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-wide technology programs
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience working with senior executives and business leadership
Strong strategic thinking, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification required

In This Role, You Will:
Own the strategy and execution of complex enterprise IT programs
Lead multiple projects and coordinate Project Managers and project teams
Build program roadmaps, business cases, schedules, and integrated plans
Track milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Help teams navigate changes to scope, priorities, timelines, and resources
Partner with senior IT and business leaders on program direction and priorities

Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic goals and business requirements

What You Bring:
