My Utilities/Energy client is looking for a Customer Journey/ Customer Experience Manager to help improve and transform the customer experience across a customer migration project.
Key responsibilitiesMap and analyse end-to-end customer journeys and business processes
Identify customer pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Create journey maps, service blueprints and process maps using tools such as Miro, Visio or BPMN
Translate customer needs into practical process and service improvements
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand current and future-state journeys
Help deliver initiatives that improve customer experience, customer journey, efficiency and operational performance
Track and communicate the impact of journey and process improvements
About youYou'll have experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Customer Journey Management, Business Process Improvement or Transformation.
We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
Strong experience with customer journey mapping and process mapping
Experience analysing end-to-end processes and identifying improvements
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
The ability to turn complex processes into clear, actionable improvements
Experience using tools such as Miro, Visio or BPMN
Experience within energy, utilities industry

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in the Surrey Area
The Opportunity
My client who are well known in the Energy Industry are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join on an initial 3 month contract.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements for dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.Translate a high volume of reporting requests into clear, structured requirements for developers.Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and priorities.Support the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports.Ensure requirements align with the underlying data structures and business objectives.Collaborate with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle to clarify requirements where needed.Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering reports.Strong understanding of Power BI and reporting solutions.Knowledge of dimensional data models and how reporting data is structured.Good understanding of databases.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technical development teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Hybrid working with 2 days per week on-site.
