Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex programs across multiple teams. This role is responsible for coordinating program activities, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing cross‑functional initiatives and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end program execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and technical performanceDevelop and maintain program plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomesMonitor program progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependenciesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance, Product) to align on goals and executionSupport contract management activities, including assisting with negotiations, modifications, and compliance requirementsPrepare and review proposals, project plans, specifications, and financial documentationEnsure adherence to master schedules, budgets, and organizational standardsProvide guidance and direction to team members assigned to the programAct as a key advisor to stakeholders on program status, challenges, and strategic decisionsDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and program efficiencyRequired Skillsets & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field5-8 years of experience in program management or a related roleProven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programsStrong project planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and program performance metricsExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in a large enterprise or telecommunications/media environmentFamiliarity with contract management and vendor coordinationExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsProficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
