Title : 1st line IT Support Technician (Part time role)
Mon, Tues and Weds - 8am-4pm or 4pm-midnight shifts - shifts are consistent for the week and won't differ each day,Shifts are known a month in advance as rota is created for the month
Occasional ad hoc support on Thurs and Fridays, or Weekends (at x1.5)
Location : Onsite, 3 days - Chiswick Business Park(closest tube station is Gunnersbury on the District Line)

Contract rate: £27.82 /hr or 223/day Inside IR35
Potential to increase to 5-day work week
IT Support Technician
First line/1st line IT client services and supportProvide troubleshooting to system outagesRespond swiftly and effectively to IT support requestsRaise Tickets to appropriate teams when issues cannot be resolved locallyIssue equipment to users as neededManage IT consumable stocksProvide basic troubleshooting on production systemsSupport onboarding and offboarding of staff/teamSupport general technical support requests - escalating using appropriate pathwaysMust have
