Role - Contact Center Manager

Remote for candidates based in any EU countries

Freelance contract upto end of this year with a possibility of extension further.

We have a Freelance Contact Center Manager opportunity with a leading B2C organization. This is a fully remote contract role, open to candidates based in EU countries, and will run through the end of this year with a possibility of extension.
We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in the contact center/customer operations space, ideally managing large-scale customer service environments and transformation initiatives.
Key requirements:

Proven Project Management experience in a contact center.Expansion Experience:Demonstrated success in scaling sites, teams, or projects and driving growth initiatives effectively.Strategic Influence:Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to shape decisions proactively and influence strategic direction.Domain Expertise:Deep understanding of the Technology, AI, and Contact center (CC) domains, with the ability to apply industry knowledge to business objectives.Execution-Oriented Mindset:Strong planning and execution capabilities, with a proactive approach to driving projects forward and ensuring successful outcomes.
