We're looking for an exceptional developer to help us design and develop a next-generation, enterprise-grade Agnostic UI Component Framework. You'll play a key role in creating performant, accessible, and reusable components that will power applications across our global platforms.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:Craft modern, reusable UI components using Web Components, Custom Elements, and Shadow DOM
Build accessible and responsive designs that look amazing and work flawlessly
Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
Optimize for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
Write clean, modular code with a strong focus on quality and testing
Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends in UI/UX and web component architecture
🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit:Deep knowledge of Web Components, Custom Elements, and Shadow DOM
Advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with component libraries/frameworks like Lit, Stencil, or similar
Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue and integrating web components into them
Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and performance optimization
Experience with Jest, Karma, Cypress, or other testing tools
Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Rollup, Webpack)
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
