Experienced Test Manager required to lead testing activity across a complex Salesforce programme.

Key Requirements:

Strong Test Management experienceStrong UAT coordination across multiple teams and stakeholdersDeep understanding of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), including feature files, example mapping, living documentation and executable specificationsExperience delivering testing on Salesforce platformsSalesforce Loyalty Management experience essentialTest automation background (hands-on or leadership) using Playwright, Selenium, TypeScript, Java or PythonStrong understanding of REST APIs and test data managementExcellent communication skills with the confidence to engage business and technical teams alike

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of testing, quality assurance and BDD practices on a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme.
