Technical Delivery Manager

We're seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and software development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing project governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of software and technology projectsCoordinate multiple teams and workstreams to achieve delivery objectivesMonitor project progress, risks, issues and dependenciesProduce delivery reports and updates for stakeholdersFacilitate planning, prioritisation and delivery activitiesDrive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvementWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomesSupport resource planning, forecasting and delivery management activitiesRequired ExperienceProven experience delivering software development or digital transformation projectsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and KanbanExperience managing project governance, reporting, risks and dependenciesAbility to work effectively with engineering, product and business teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesCommercial awareness and experience managing delivery challenges in fast-paced environmentsPrevious technical background in software development, engineering or technical leadershipExperience working within technology consulting, professional services or software organisationsExposure to cloud technologies, DevOps environments or modern software delivery practicesExperience establishing project structures, delivery processes and team ways of workingPlease send across an updated CV if this position is of interest
