As we scale, we're looking to strengthen our DevOps capabilities - and this is where you come in.We're looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer who thrives and enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll work closely with engineering leadership and product teams to evolve our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and tooling - while helping shape our DevOps culture.What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for:Designing and evolving our AWS-based cloud platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and securityManaging and operating Kubernetes clusters (primarily EKS), including provisioning, configuration, and monitoringWriting clean, maintainable Python code for internal tooling, automation scripts, and infrastructure logicDeveloping and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform across multiple environmentsBuilding robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows in collaboration with our development teamsDriving observability and reliability across systems through logging, metrics, and alerting toolingContributing to technical design, architecture discussions, and DevOps roadmap planningActing as a technical mentor and future leader within the teamWhat We're Looking ForWe value expertise, ownership, and initiative.
