This opportunity is for an experienced infrastructure specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and becoming a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of customer environments, combining technical consultancy, solution design, project delivery, and senior-level support. One day you could be designing a greenfield NSX deployment, the next helping a customer optimise performance, strengthen security, or modernise their infrastructure strategy.

This is a role for someone who wants more than operational support. You'll be given the autonomy to lead technical engagements, influence solution direction, and take ownership from initial discovery through to successful delivery.

What You'll Be DoingDesigning and implementing enterprise VMware and NSX solutions.Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.Working directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.Producing solution designs, recommendations, and technical documentation.Delivering infrastructure transformation and modernisation projects.Leading troubleshooting activities and driving root cause analysis.Supporting high-availability, business-critical environments.Identifying opportunities to improve customer environments before issues arise.Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.Helping customers maximise the value of their VMware investments.What We're Looking For

You'll be a hands-on infrastructure professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer-facing skills.

You should be comfortable:

Leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.Designing solutions rather than simply implementing them.Taking ownership of critical incidents and complex projects.Working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.Translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.Technical Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with strong experience across VMware infrastructure and networking technologies, including three or more of the following:

VMware NSX-VVMware NSX-TVMware Aria Operations for Networks (vRNI)VMware Carbon BlackNSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI)VMware Cloud on AWS

You should also have experience with:
