We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and optimize enterprise systems, data integrations, and technology solutions that support business operations and customer engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end technology solutions, including system integrations, data flows, and process frameworks.Define architecture standards for CRM, analytics, automation, and other enterprise platforms.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across multiple systems.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams including CRM, Operations, Data, Analytics, and Engineering.Establish best practices for data governance, tracking, reporting, and system optimization.Identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, and operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and system issues.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the technology ecosystem.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.10+ years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, systems integration, or related technical roles.Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, analytics tools, ETL/integration platforms, and data management solutions.Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise system integrations.Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.Experience working with data, analytics, engineering, and business teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience within large enterprise environments.Knowledge of AI, automation, and modern technology platforms.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
