Senior Software Engineer / Systems Analyst

We're looking for a seasoned technology professional who can take a solution from business requirement → technical design → development → testing → implementation → production support.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong combination of software development and systems analysis experience who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders while still being close to the technology.

The role:
* Work directly with customers, business analysts, and technical teams
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into quality technical solutions
* Design and develop application software
* Participate in coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support
* Recommend new development or reuse of existing applications/code
* Contribute to component and data architecture
* Evaluate products and technical solutions, including build-vs-buy decisions
* Support application performance and integration efforts
* Ensure solutions align with business strategy, IT strategy, and architectural standards

Ideal background:
✔ 10+ years of programming and/or systems analysis experience
✔ Strong application development experience
✔ Systems analysis and design expertise
✔ Understanding of QA, testing, development, and integration methodologies
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent experience
