About the OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resource Management professional to join a global Professional Services organisation. The role is responsible for optimising consultant staffing, workforce planning, partner management, and resource utilisation across multiple projects while working closely with delivery leaders, executives, and global teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end resource planning and project staffing.Optimise consultant utilisation, skills matching, and workforce allocation.Partner with delivery leaders to forecast demand and resolve staffing challenges.Lead contingent workforce sourcing and vendor/partner management.Review Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requests, and partner onboarding.Monitor resource metrics, utilisation, forecasting, and reporting.Support operational excellence through process improvement and data-driven decision-making.Key Requirements6+ years of experience in Resource Management within a Professional Services environment.Strong knowledge of consulting operations, workforce planning, and staffing processes.Experience managing contingent workforce and external partners.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, along with experience using CRM and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.Fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage.SPGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
