Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects across the organisation. This role involves managing complex initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering value to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives across departments.Define project scope, goals, deliverable, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, time lines, budgets, and resource allocations.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring accountability and performance.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.Qualifications:Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
