We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience professional to join a growing regulatory team responsible for strengthening resilience across critical digital infrastructure and technology sectors. The successful candidate will lead assessments, audits, inspections, and assurance activities to ensure organisations can effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational resilience assessments, audits, and inspections.Evaluate resilience controls, risk management frameworks, and business continuity capabilities.Support resilience strategy development and regulatory initiatives.Assess preparedness for cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and other operational threats.Drive supervision and enforcement activities, including remediation and follow-up reviews.Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the organisation in industry and regulatory forums.Requirements
Significant experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk, Cyber Resilience, Compliance, or Assurance.Background within a regulated environment or critical infrastructure sector.Strong understanding of resilience, risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Exposure to frameworks such as NIS2, CER, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR is highly desirable.Ideal Backgrounds Operational Resilience Manager, Business Continuity Manager, Enterprise Resilience Lead, Cyber Resilience Manager, Technology Risk Manager, Regulatory Assurance Manager, ICT Risk Manager, or Operational Resilience Consultant
