I'm seeking a Senior Network & Security Engineer to spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge networking solutions that drive our business forward. Working closely with our Global IT Team and reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will ensure our network infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure - ready to support current needs and future growth.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, agile network solutions aligned with business goals.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to routing, switching, security, and data centre environments.

Plan and execute network capacity upgrades to maintain optimal performance.

Refine and document network operations and processes.

Provide Tier 3 escalation support and lead root cause analysis for outages.

Manage and deliver infrastructure projects on schedule.

Support data centre network operations and enforce security and architectural standards.

Develop and maintain IT Security services, including firewall management, vulnerability scanning, malware protection, and penetration testing.

Address and remediate security risks identified through audits and assessments.

Collaborate with and mentor our network and security team in India on key projects.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Industry certifications like CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.

7+ years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in routing, switching, Dell switches, and advanced network protocols.

Strong ability to architect scalable, secure network infrastructures.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing SonicWall firewalls.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
