We are seeking an experienced Senior MarTech Architect to design, optimize, and support the marketing technology ecosystem that drives business growth and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, managing system integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and customer data platforms.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing technology, data architecture, systems integration, and process optimization. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive operational excellence across the MarTech landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end MarTech solutions, including data flows, system integrations, and campaign enablement frameworks.Define architecture and integration requirements across CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics, and related platforms.Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and governance across multiple systems.Establish best practices for campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting.Translate business and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications.Collaborate with CRM, RevOps, SalesOps, Data, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.Document system architecture, data flows, dependencies, and integration processes.Identify opportunities to improve automation, platform performance, and operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex issues related to data integrations, tracking, reporting, and lead management.Stay current on emerging technologies, AI solutions, and industry best practices to enhance the MarTech ecosystem.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or Systems Integration.Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and ETL/integration solutions.Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise system integrations.Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable MarTech solutions.Experience working with enterprise Data, BI, and Engineering teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within large enterprise environments.Knowledge of AI, Copilot, and automation technologies.Experience supporting attribution models, reporting frameworks, and marketing performance analytics.
