Senior Application Architect / Engineer

We're looking for a senior technology professional who can think beyond individual lines of code and understand how applications, data, architecture, business requirements, and IT strategy come together.

In this role, you'll work with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to design and deliver quality solutions across the full systems lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
* Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support applications
* Work within established enterprise architecture and IT standards
* Make recommendations around new development vs. reuse of existing code
* Participate in component and data architecture design
* Support application performance monitoring and optimization
* Evaluate products and technical approaches
* Contribute to build-vs-buy recommendations
* Work closely with QA, development, integration, and business stakeholders
* Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

We're looking for:
* 10+ years of programming and/or systems analysis experience
* Strong software/application development background
* Experience with systems analysis and technical design
* Understanding of development, QA, testing, and integration methodologies
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline - or equivalent experience
