Person Specification:

Essential Experience

Experience delivering or supporting complex, cross-business IT / data programmesDemonstrated ability to unblock delivery in resource-constrained environmentsExperience working closely with third-party delivery partnersStrong experience of business change and process definitionStrong financial managementProven ability to operate in environments with:ambiguityincomplete requirementsevolving scope
