Your Role-

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process-from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. You'll be instrumental in growing our tech recruitment function, building strong industry connections, and exceeding placement targets.

Key Responsibilities -

Business Development & Client Engagement-

Identify and acquire new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand clients' hiring needs, advising them on market trends and talent strategies.

Proactively generate business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and client meetings.

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment-

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top tech talent.

Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and technical screenings, to ensure a strong fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing client needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Management -

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Provide a seamless and engaging experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Advise on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Market Research & Industry Expertise-

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements within the tech sector.

Leverage market insights to develop tailored recruitment strategies and consult with clients effectively.

Performance & Growth-

Work towards and exceed key performance metrics, including placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with a high-performing team, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

What We're Looking For -

Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably focused within any tech vertical (cyber security / data / infrastructure / cloud etc.), focusing on DACH / Benelux / EU markets is an added advantage.A proven track record in business development, lead generation, and placing candidates.Strong understanding of tech industry trends, skill sets, and hiring challenges.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.A proactive and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture.
