We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Architect to design, optimize, and support the systems, processes, and data frameworks that drive marketing operations and performance. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, system integrations, process standardization, and accurate measurement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing operations, CRM systems, data architecture, analytics, and enterprise integrations. Working closely with CRM Development, RevOps, SalesOps, Enterprise Data, and business stakeholders, this individual will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable solutions that support campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and operational processes.Define and manage integration requirements across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business platforms.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across systems.Establish and maintain standards for tracking, attribution, reporting, and data governance.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.Document data flows, system dependencies, and integration requirements.Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and overall operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex issues related to data flow, integrations, tracking, and reporting.Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, and recommend process and system enhancements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Data Architecture, Systems Integration, or related fields.Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, analytics platforms, attribution tools, and ETL/integration technologies.Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise system integrations.Proven experience designing and implementing scalable operational and technology solutions.Experience partnering with Data, BI, Engineering, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within large enterprise environments.Knowledge of AI, Copilot, and workflow automation solutions.Experience with reporting, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
