We're working with a large enterprise client that is looking to hire an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join a major workplace transformation programme.
This is an architecture role where you'll take ownership of the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, leading large-scale tenant migrations while ensuring security, governance and compliance across a complex environment.
ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.Develop target-state architecture, migration strategies and implementation roadmaps.Lead enterprise tenant-to-tenant migrations and divestiture activities.Deliver Day 1 / Day 2 readiness and TSA exit workstreams.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, IAM and business stakeholders.Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud, security and governance standards.Required ExperienceYou'll ideally have:
10+ years working within Microsoft Infrastructure and Microsoft 365.Strong architecture experience across:Exchange OnlineMicrosoft TeamsSharePoint OnlineOneDriveMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Strong understanding of:Hybrid IdentitySSOMicrosoft Security & Compliance (DLP, Retention, eDiscovery)Proven experience delivering enterprise M365 migration programmes.Experience with PowerShell automation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable:
