🚀 IT Infrastructure Project Lead | Global Automation Projects | International Environment
What if your next role gave you the opportunity to lead complex IT infrastructure projects powering some of the world's most advanced automated logistics systems?
We're partnering with a global leader in logistics automation, delivering cutting-edge solutions across airports, warehousing, and parcel handling operations worldwide. From design and testing through to on-site commissioning, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale, future-focused infrastructure projects with real operational impact.
🔹 What you'll be doing:
* Leading end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery within multidisciplinary international projects
* Managing timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations
* Collaborating with engineering, product development, and sales teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
* Supporting innovation and process improvement initiatives within the department
* Mentoring and guiding technical leads across the team
* Occasionally travelling internationally to support customer implementations
🔹 What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
* Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in agile and/or waterfall environments
* A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
* PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management experience is a plus
* Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment
