Manufacturing Engineers - Aerospace Industry
A globally leading Aerospace company is seeking several Manufacturing Engineers to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an exciting chance to work on world-class programmes in a highly regulated environment, driving excellence in machining and lean manufacturing processes.
Contract: 12 months (with strong potential for extension)Essential Skills & Experience
Previously worked in a highly regulated environment such as Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport, Marine, Pharma etc.Strong knowledge of machining processes (laser, grinding, milling, EDM).Proven background in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Role Responsibilities
Ensure manufacturing processes are compliant with Health, Safety & Environmental standards.Guarantee manufacturing processes and suppliers deliver parts to design specification.Champion a culture of zero defects and drive the adoption of digital systems to achieve Right First Time quality.Develop, validate, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.Capture, analyse, and use data to demonstrate and enhance current and future manufacturing capability.What Next…
