Agile Coach / Consultant - Release Train
6-Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Consultant to support a major programme, with a particular focus on Agile Release Train delivery and coaching.
You will work closely with delivery teams, leadership and key stakeholders to improve Agile ways of working, strengthen delivery practices and help teams operate effectively across a complex programme environment.
Key experience:
Strong background as an Agile Coach / Agile ConsultantExperience working with Agile Release TrainsStrong knowledge of SAFe / scaled Agile environmentsExperience coaching teams and senior stakeholdersFacilitation of PI Planning and wider Agile ceremoniesAbility to identify delivery blockers and improve ways of workingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable operating across large, complex transformation programmes
Contract: 6 months
