We're seeking an IAM-focused Project Manager to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands IAM concepts and can translate project objectives into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate IAM and security-related initiatives across multiple teams.

Manage parallel workstreams, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

Work with technical, security, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Monitor risks, track issues, and proactively address potential delays.

Support project planning, meetings, documentation, and delivery.

Communicate project status, critical paths, and risks through clear reports and presentations.

Required experience:

3-5+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 2 years in IAM or security-related projects.

Understanding of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, SSO, RBAC, authentication, or privileged access management.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, along with traditional project management methods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or related IAM platforms is a plus. PMP or Agile certifications are also preferred.
