We are seeking PLC Developer to support the deployment, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across mission-critical data center environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for controls, automation, instrumentation, HVAC, and electrical professionals looking to work on large-scale infrastructure projects in a rapidly growing data center sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and commission BMS and EPMS systems.Perform point-to-point testing of sensors, controllers, and HMIs.Troubleshoot controls, automation, and communication issues.Load software and configurations onto controllers, IPCs, and HMIs.Install, replace, calibrate, and validate field devices and sensors.Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation.Support commissioning and integrated systems testing activities.Maintain system graphics, inventory records, and project documentation.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and operations teams.Required Experience1-5+ years of experience in Controls, Automation, Instrumentation, HVAC Controls, BAS/BMS, Electrical Systems, or Industrial Automation.Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls fundamentals.Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.Familiarity with low-voltage systems and industrial controls.Preferred QualificationsExperience with BMS/BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Ignition, Schneider EBO, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems.Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and TCP/IP networking.Experience in Data Centers, Healthcare, Power Generation, Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, or other Critical Facilities.Associate's Degree, Engineering/Automation Degree, Electrical License, HVAC License, or ISA Certification preferred.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate has a balanced understanding of mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, controls, and networking, and can work independently in a fast-paced critical facilities environment.
