Join an innovative engineering team developing custom manufacturing and automation equipment for next-generation fiber optic products supporting the rapidly growing AI data center market. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of equipment designs from concept through deployment, working on precision tooling, fixtures, motion systems, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design custom automation equipment, tooling, and fixtures.Create CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design-for-manufacturing principles.Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.Integrate motion systems, actuators, sensors, and other mechanical components.Collaborate with controls, process, and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready solutions.Required Skills:
