Job Summary
We are seeking a Process / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations. This role focuses on resolving process issues, improving line performance, balancing workloads, and using data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of hands‑on production support and data analysis in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day process issues on the production floorAnalyze and improve line balancing, workflow, and cycle timesTrack production data and key process metricsPerform data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesUse tools such as Excel and Minitab for data analysis and reportingSupport process changes, standard work updates, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with training operators and technicians on processes and improvementsCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goalsDocument process changes, work instructions, and performance metricsSupport new process introductions, changes, or scaling of existing linesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong interest in process improvement and hands‑on problem solvingProficiency in Excel for data tracking and analysisExperience using Minitab or similar statistical analysis toolsAbility to balance shop‑floor support with analytical workGood communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
