We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the integration, validation, and deployment of complex communication and hardware systems. This role focuses on end-to-end system design, integration, and performance across multi-disciplinary engineering environments.
This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to support field deployments across domestic and international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system integration activities across hardware, software, and network componentsDefine system requirements, architecture, and interfacesSupport end-to-end validation and performance testingTroubleshoot system-level issues and drive root cause analysisCollaborate with electrical, mechanical, and QA teams to ensure system alignmentSupport deployment, commissioning, and field validation activitiesDocument system behavior, requirements, and integration processesRequired Qualifications:
Experience in systems engineering, integration, or architectureStrong understanding of complex systems (hardware + software + networking)Experience working with communication systems, networking, or embedded platformsAbility to analyze and troubleshoot system-level issuesStrong documentation and stakeholder communication skillsWillingness to travel frequentlyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with satellite communications, RF systems, or telecom infrastructureFamiliarity with systems modeling or requirements toolsExperience in government, defense, or high-reliability environmentsExposure to field deployments or lab integration environmentsGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
