Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and infrastructure equipment across customer and network sites. This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical, technical work, can operate independently, and is comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments.

You will support daily field activities, resolve service issues, and help maintain reliable network and infrastructure services.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, troubleshoot, and maintain communications and network equipmentSupport service turn-ups, repairs, and equipment replacementsPerform hands-on work at customer and network sites, including power-related and component-level tasksUse test tools and technical documentation to verify service performanceMonitor services and assist with restoration during outagesSupport preventive maintenance of equipment and facilitiesMaintain site cleanliness, security, and accurate work recordsCoordinate basic logistics such as equipment handling and materials managementCommunicate progress and collaborate with team members as neededSkills & ExperienceRequiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in a technical field such as telecommunications, networking, electronics, or field servicesStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skillsComfortable with hands-on, physical work in technical environmentsAbility to follow work instructions and interpret basic technical documentsBasic computer skills and willingness to learn new systemsNice to HaveExperience with network, fiber, or infrastructure equipmentExposure to power systems, batteries, or data center environmentsFamiliarity with test tools or field service operations
