Job Summary

A leading media operations team is seeking a Television Operations Specialist to support the delivery and monitoring of high-quality television programming. The position will work closely with production and operations teams to maintain programming continuity and quickly address any issues affecting the viewer experience.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor live and scheduled television programming.Validate program and commercial content before air.Perform visual and audio quality checks.Verify captioning and overall presentation.Review and update automation playlists.Execute approved programming and commercial changes.Support live events and special programming.Monitor multiple channel feeds for abnormalities.Identify potential issues and communicate them proactively.Respond quickly to on-air discrepancies.Assist with contingency and recovery procedures.Coordinate changes with production teams.Follow established operational and quality-control procedures.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, Associate's Degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience.Experience in television, broadcast, digital media, post-production, or media operations.Understanding of television production workflows.Excellent attention to detail.Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Strong verbal and written communication.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.Fully onsite in Littleton, CO.

Preferred Skills: Master Control, Broadcast Operations, Broadcast QC, Playout, Transmission, Production Control Room, SNELL Morpheus, or Amagi.
