🚀 Senior Data Scientist | Ecommerce | Product Analytics & Machine Learning

We're working with a global consumer-focused business undergoing a major digital transformation, and they're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their Ecommerce & Digital Analytics team.
This is a highly product-oriented role where data science goes far beyond reporting. You'll help build intelligent, data-powered experiences that directly influence customer journeys, personalization, conversion, and business performance at scale.
🔹 What you'll be doing:
* Building predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for ecommerce and customer experience optimization
* Developing machine learning models and advanced analytics use cases from discovery through to deployment and monitoring
* Identifying trends, behaviors, and high-impact opportunities through deep data exploration
* Designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to drive product decisions
* Partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions in production
* Translating complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategy and measurable outcomes
🔹 Tech environment:
Python | SQL | Spark / PySpark | Databricks | AWS | GCP
🔹 What we're looking for:
* Strong experience delivering end-to-end data science projects in product-focused environments
* Expertise in experimentation, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning
* Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and modern data platforms
* Ability to combine technical depth with strong business understanding
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
