Job Description:

We are seeking a Python Developer with strong experience in AI‑augmented software engineering and modern backend architectures. This role focuses on building an intelligent, AI‑powered Knowledge Base / CMDB platform capable of modelling complex system interconnections, processing operational data, and supporting high‑performance runtime queries. The ideal professional is comfortable working with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and Spec Kit to accelerate development, automate workflows, and modernize a large existing codebase.

Responsibilities

Use advanced AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Spec Kit) to accelerate coding, refactoring, documentation, and automated exploration of solutions.Design and implement backend services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and pgVector.Build and evolve an intelligent configuration and knowledge management system.Model complex backend system interconnections using graph‑based structures and relationships.Process customer requests, tickets, configuration data, and operational metadata.Implement and maintain a dual‑plane system:Capture Plane: ingestion, normalization, enrichmentRuntime Query Plane: high‑performance graph and vector‑based retrievalHelp modernize and refactor a legacy codebase exceeding 600,000 lines, improving structure, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills
