Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to support software and mobile application testing initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, defect management, and validation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test scenariosPerform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and mobile application testingValidate APIs and system integrations using tools such as PostmanDocument, track, and verify defects through resolutionCreate and manage test data required for testing activitiesValidate backend data and application functionality using SQLCollaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and RetrospectivesAnalyze existing test coverage and identify gaps or improvement opportunitiesEnsure high-quality software releases that meet business and user requirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience testing web-based and mobile applicationsStrong manual testing experienceAPI testing experience using Postman or similar toolsExperience with SQL for data validation and troubleshootingSolid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred SkillsSelenium or other automation testing toolsJIRA for defect tracking and Agile project managementTestRail for test case managementFiddler or similar API/web service testing toolsExperience with POS systems, NFC-enabled applications, payment solutions, or connected devices
