We are seeking a Network Operations / Master Control Operator to support a high-volume television Network Operations Center. This position will be responsible for monitoring on-air programming, maintaining automation playlists, supporting commercial integration, and responding to transmission and programming issues.
The role is ideal for professionals with experience in broadcast operations, television production, media operations, or control room environments.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor television programming and network channel streams.Maintain and manipulate automated programming playlists.Execute approved program, commercial, and marketing changes.Ensure programming is ready for scheduled playout.Support live broadcasts, special events, and contingency operations.Monitor commercial breaks during taped and live programming.Perform continuous audio, video, captioning, and picture-quality checks.Identify inconsistencies and immediately escalate or resolve issues.Assist with recovery from on-air discrepancies.Communicate clearly with production and operations personnel.Support implementation of new broadcast systems and workflows.Utilize automation platforms such as SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.RequirementsBroadcast, television, digital media, post-production, or related experience.Knowledge of television production and broadcast operations.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.Strong decision-making skills under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.Ability to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.Fully onsite availability in Englewood, CO.Plus: Previous Master Control or Production Control Room experience and Spanish proficiency.
