Job Description:

The telecom client is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise and an invested passion for our brands. Our award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver. We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to join our creative team on a project-to-project basis. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our visions to life, working on everything from production design to conceptual thinking for dynamic campaigns.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
? Conceptualize and execute strategic and visually stunning design solutions across various platforms.
? Collaborate closely with copywriters, fellow designers, ACDs, CDs, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life that elevate our brand and drive engagement.
? Adept at navigating a diverse range of projects - from cutting-edge digital production design to innovative conceptual thinking.
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and creative work is of the highest quality. ? Exhibit proficiency in design thinking and articulation.
? Understand the core principles of the following disciplines: digital, print, social, animation/motion graphics, branding, and campaigns.
? Understand client's vision, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into unique designs.
? Articulate creative ideas effectively, incorporate feedback and ensure project success.
? Apply knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
? 3-7 years relevant experience, agency experience a plus
? Online portfolio of work displaying a diverse range of strategic design and advertising projects
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace (Slides and Docs) or equivalent, Figma a plus
? Experience with project management tools a plus
? Organized and focused approach to executing design concepts
? Proven ability to work quickly on tight timelines with flawless execution
? Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

We are looking for an experienced full-time Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative professional who is passionate about making every layout pixel-perfect, while seamlessly translating concepts into high-quality digital assets across diverse platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Leverage design software for production tasks, such as versioning ads into different vendor specifications that may require some rearrangement and/or design-thinking to accommodate a wide variety of dimensions.Be able to interpret ad spec guides provided by vendor partners and apply to branded assets.Assist in adjusting designs for approval, as needed. This includes: changes to content hierarchy, text updates, photo selection, cropping, etc.Assist in the implementation of proper production processes, including communication of these processes to appropriate team members. Agile ability to task switch on the fly between concurrent projects as priorities shift throughout the day or week. Ensure communication regarding projects is conducted in a timely fashion via multiple channels.Utilize design libraries in Figma to place components into creative assets.Follow strict file naming conventions and file organization procedures.Meticulously prepare new logos for use.Maintain accurate time tracking for tasks.Audit files as necessary.Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a digital production role.Knowledge of the following design programs: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.Excellent time management, time-tracking and file organization skills.Proficient understanding of design principles.Technical aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail.Equally resourceful and inquisitive.Process-oriented, with the ability to provide input regarding possible areas of improvement as needed.Proven track record of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Self-managed with strong communication skills.Any image retouching, email marketing platforms, or motion experience is a plus!

We are looking for a talented and experienced full-time Senior Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, solid decision-maker, and motion design expert. This role will focus on creating visually compelling motion design solutions across social, broadcast, and digital platforms while pushing creative boundaries and delivering top-tier results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms.Pitch and clearly articulate concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining the visual direction, motion and animation approach, and end results.Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, project and account managers to ensure project alignment and quality.Utilize video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, and VFX to enhance final deliverables.Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements across various platforms.Work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Deliver video and motion design solutions that align with the brand's creative direction and objectives.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level team members as needed.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

5-7 years of experience in motion design, video editing, video production or a related creative role.Agency experience preferred.Online portfolio of work and reel displaying a diverse range of motion and video projects.Proven expertise in motion design and post-production programs. Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.Moderate to proficient understanding of Cinema 4D and Figma.Strong skills in video editing, sound design, VFX, Mograph and technical motion workflows.Has a strong design eye and can create visually stunning storyboards in conjunction with motion and animation direction.Ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently.Solid understanding of motion design best practices for social, broadcast, and digital environments.Exceptional ability to pitch and communicate concepts to stakeholders and team members.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively.Experience with motion AI prompting and creation preferred.Videography, video production and photography is a plus.
