We are seeking three Junior Data Analysts / Data Collectors to support the IFS Cloud Data Migration workstream. These roles will focus on working closely with operational teams and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and accurately record data using predefined migration templates.

This is a hands-on, entry-level data role suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working directly with business users in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders across two source businesses to gather required data for migrationCollect and input data into defined migration templates accurately and consistentlyWork closely with operational teams, including being embedded within business units where requiredEnsure all data collected meets quality and completeness standardsIdentify and flag data inconsistencies, gaps, or issues to the Senior AnalystMaintain detailed records of collected data and progress against migration tasksSupport data cleansing and validation activities ahead of system migrationAdhere to governance, data standards, and processes defined by the Data Migration workstreamKey Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)High attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to follow structured templates and processesStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with operational teamsComfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with stakeholdersBasic understanding of data handling or administrative processes (desirable)QualificationsA-Level or equivalent standard of education (preferred)No formal degree requiredPersonal AttributesReliable and disciplined with a strong work ethicOrganised and methodical approach to tasksWillingness to learn and take directionAble to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in an operational, on-the-ground environmentAdditional InformationThis is a junior-level, data entry-focused position supporting a critical business transformation initiativeThe role may require individuals to sit alongside operational teams for extended periods to ensure accurate data captureImmediate availability or short notice preferred (if relevant)
