We are seeking a Global Campaign Project Manager to support a leading global payments organization. This role is responsible for project planning, governance, dependency management, resource coordination, and operational oversight across SMB Marketing initiatives.
This is not a campaign strategy or activation role. The focus is on ensuring projects are planned, tracked, resourced, and delivered successfully across multiple teams.

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading field teams performing installation services in live, mission‑critical data center environments. Acts as the subject matter expert for fiber optic installation, testing, and complex troubleshooting. Oversees all installation and cabling services, QA/QC activities, and mentors L1/L2 technicians. Performs data center audits, mounts and replaces network equipment, manages fiber cabling, and collaborates with network engineers on ticketing issues related to equipment and hardware.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years in data center, structured cabling, or field service environments.Documented fiber optic testing experience at scale, including complex troubleshooting.Certification in OTDR and OLTS fiber testing.Experience leading installation teams in live, mission‑critical data centers.High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.Desirable Skills & Ideal Background:
Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing.Proficiency with OTDR and OLTS testing equipment.Understanding of structured cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6/6A, SM/MM fiber).Experience with server hardware, network devices, rack/stack, patch panels, and cable dressing.Familiarity with PON or point‑to‑multipoint networks.Experience with full data center construction, rack setup, and cabling.End Product of the Project
Build and manage the data center and bring neighboring‑state facilities up to standard.Ensure all installation services meet technical, quality, and safety requirements.Deliver accurate, compliant QA/QC documentation.Develop L1/L2 technicians to meet performance expectations.Day‑to‑Day Duties
Act as liaison for new data center builds and retrofit projects.Manage scheduling, perform physical audits, and track required updates.Lead field teams executing installation services to technical, QA, QC, and safety standards.Define scope, work plans, procedures, and field execution activities.GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
