Job Description

Seeking a Network Technician / Fiber Engineer to support and maintain fiber optic and telecommunications network infrastructure. This is a hands-on role involving network troubleshooting, fiber testing, equipment installation, maintenance, and service restoration activities across transport and IP network environments.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic and telecom network equipment.Perform network testing, installation, provisioning, and maintenance activities.Support fiber transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP network technologies.Assist with network restoration and outage response.Perform preventive maintenance on network and critical infrastructure equipment.Maintain inventory, tools, test equipment, and related documentation.Update maintenance records, work logs, and trouble tickets.
