Market Coordinator | Berlin (Hybrid)

We're looking for a German-speaking Market Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting hosts and business stakeholders across the DACH & CEE region. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering outstanding stakeholder experiences.

📍 Location: Berlin, Germany | Hybrid

📅 Contract: 12 months | Possibility of extension

What You'll Do?

✅ Act as a trusted point of contact for high-value host inquiries and escalations

✅ Investigate and resolve complex issues from start to finish

✅ Collaborate closely with Market Management and Key Accounts teams

✅ Provide recommendations and insights to improve host performance and listing quality

✅ Manage escalation workflows, stakeholder communications, and service-level commitments

✅ Support regional initiatives and occasional in-market events

📌 Office presence: 2 days per week in Berlin
