Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the management, analysis, and maintenance of fiber network infrastructure data. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of network records, analyzing fiber network information, supporting deployment projects, and providing reporting insights to engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate has experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, GIS mapping, network documentation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update fiber network records, databases, and documentation.Analyze fiber network data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review and validate fiber route designs, splicing records, and asset inventories.Support network deployment, expansion, and maintenance projects.Generate reports, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders.Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams.Identify and resolve discrepancies in network records and documentation.Utilize mapping and network inventory tools to maintain network data integrity.Support data quality initiatives and process improvements.Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications, Information Systems, GIS, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working with fiber optic networks and telecommunications infrastructure.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with databases and reporting tools.Ability to interpret network diagrams, fiber routes, and technical documentation.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GIS tools, AutoCAD, or network inventory systems.Knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) fiber networks.Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.Familiarity with fiber construction, splicing, and network operations.

Fiber Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Engineer to support fiber network testing, troubleshooting, and remediation activities across ISP and OSP environments. This role will focus on OTDR analysis, fiber characterization, bidirectional testing, and documenting findings to ensure network performance and reliability.
