Scrum Master
Do you enjoy empowering teams, eliminating obstacles, and driving Agile excellence? We're seeking a Scrum Master to support delivery teams focused on building innovative technology solutions in an enterprise environment.
In this role, you'll champion Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with stakeholders, and help teams continuously improve how they work and deliver value.
What You'll Do: 🔹 Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
🔹 Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
🔹 Remove impediments and support delivery goals
🔹 Drive collaboration between Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
🔹 Promote transparency, accountability, and team effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of Scrum Master experienceStrong Agile/Scrum expertiseExperience with Jira or Azure DevOpsScrum certification (CSM, PSM, SASM, etc.)Experience supporting enterprise-level technology teamsIf you're passionate about Agile leadership and helping teams succeed, we'd love to hear from you!
